Common questions
How do I join a moment?
Scan the host's invite card with your phone's camera, or open the link from the invite. You need the papershot app on iPhone or Android, but not an account.
How long are photos kept?
A free moment keeps its roll for 48 hours after it closes, and a paid moment for 30 days. Save what you want to keep before then.
How do I save photos to my phone?
Open a photo and save it to your library. To save many at once, download them together as one .zip.
How do I report something on a roll?
Open it, tap Report, and pick a reason. It disappears for you right away, and we look at it within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. The moments you host, and everything in them, go right away. What you added to other people's moments stays on their rolls, without your name once your account is gone for good after 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds follow their rules. Ask through the store you bought from.
